- Opened 2nd office in Wilkesboro, NC in 2007
- SDI Realty specializes in the development of 10,000 – 300,000 square foot retail shopping centers, abutting grocers such as Kroger, HEB and Wal-Mart Supercenter.
- SDI Realty has also been very successful in developing regional shopping centers up to 400,000 square feet with anchors such as Wal-Mart, JC Penney, Best Buy, Circuit City, Office Depot, Academy Sports and Lowe’s Homecenter.
- SDI Realty is currently active in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas in both major metropolitan areas as well as second tier markets and some rural communities.
